We accept any products for exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase, except sale priced items, breast pads/panties for personal hygiene purposes.
All exchange and return products must be received in their original form, including bags and tags. Products must not be worn/altered or damaged. Free of stains, odors, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant and perfume. Products showing signs of wear or use will be unfortunately returned to you.

Do not ship back your item without authorisation through the return process. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and with personal attention.

If you receive your product from us with these issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your photo documentation of your package and item, we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.
STEPS TO EXCHANGE / RETURN

- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to exchange / return.
- You have the choice of return for exchange / store credit / cash refund.
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
IMPORTANT: Add your tracking number to the return system once shipped.
- We must receive your item within 14 days from your order date.
- Please ensure there is original tag, the item is brand new and unwashed/unstained.
STEPS AFTER THE RETURN IS APPROVED
Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and our exchange/returns form specifying your RMA number securely in a package or in our reusable biodegradable Lovemère bag.
1ST METHOD : SHIP BY LOVEMÈRE PERSONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE (for Singapore addresses)

In view of the Covid19 situation, we are offering this service for your convenience and safety. You do not need to leave your home to ship the items back to us. You will receive this option once your return request is approved.

For Exchange: We can exchange your items on the spot for you or arrange a pickup and delivery (depending on the driver's availability). You will receive our email to arrange a 2-way shipping of S$9 via paynow. Once payment is made, we arrange the exchange/pick-up within 1-3 working days. Pleasetap here for more information.

For Return as store credit or cash refund: We will arrange a courier pickup at your doorstep at our shipping rate of S$4.50. We will email you to arrange payment via paynow.You will need a printer to print out a shipping label. There will be no reschedule of pick-up.
2ND METHOD : SHIP BY MYSELF (for Singapore and International addresses)

Go to a local post office, or another courier of your choice, to ship the package, return shipping fees and the delivery are your responsibility on the returns.

Add the tracking number from the post office or courier to the return system. This can be found on your post office receipt. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email updates for the shipment. If there is no tracking number and we do not receive your item(s), an exchange/return cannot be processed.

Once your return (exchange) is received and inspected with original packaging, as brand new, with original tag intact, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive our email on the return shipping fee. We will ship via courier back to you at S$4.50 for Singapore, S$15 for Malaysia DHL Express and S$25 for International shipping DHL Express.

Once you made your return shipping fee payment, please allow up to 1-2 working days and we will email you the tracking number.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT / CASH REFUND?
Once we receive your item, we will check and ensure the item is brand new, unwashed, unstained and with original tag. Thereafter, your return will be processed immediately, and if a store credit is requested, a store credit will be emailed to you for a validity of 3 months for you to cart out any items in our store for your future purchases. For cash refund, we will refund back to your original payment mode, within 5 working days.
CASH REFUND
There is a 10% restocking fee on product subtotal on cash refund (waived with Store Credit). Original shipping charge, if any, is non-refundable.
