We designed every piece in our studio located in Singapore. Our team in Indonesia and China lovingly handcrafted them, assist us with the intricate pattern and the custom fabric engineering in all our products (such as nursing bras).

By default, it is Singapore dollars (SGD). Lovemère displays and collects payments in the local currencies of selected countries.

All in-stock items will ship out 1-2 days after the order is placed. Please keep in mind, orders do not ship on weekends or on Singapore holidays.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, the shipping address determines how quickly the order will arrive to your doorstep.

For Singapore orders, once an order departs our warehouse, we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number for each individual parcel.

Orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted.

The shipping address for orders that are already on their way to you cannot be changed.

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund in terms of online gift voucher or back to your credit card. Please tap here to find out more. 

We offer direct exchanges for size/color, please go to our returns form and submit the items to exchange to, and you will receive the shipping instructions.

We attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and different devices you might be using, the color in the image may vary slightly for the actual color of the product. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will gladly provide more information on any of our products because, we want you to feel confident about your purchase with us at Lovemère.
