All in-stock items will ship out 1-2 days after the order is placed. We do not ship orders on weekends or on Singapore holidays.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping will take 2-3 working days within Singapore (except during sale events or new launches). The shipping will take 2-7 working days for international orders, depending on customs arrangement.

For Singapore orders, once an order departs our warehouse, we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number for each individual order.

By default, payments on Lovemère are displayed and collected in Singapore dollars (SGD).

Our products are handmade with utmost care and are packed with a lot of love and attention. Thus, receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is quite rare.

We attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and different devices being used for viewing the images, the color in the image can vary slightly for the actual color of the product. When an item is returned, there are additional costs associated with processing the return such as time involved in inspecting, cleaning to a brand new condition, repackaging, and restocking. To cover these, we have a restocking fee on cash refunds.

However, this fee is waived off when you request store credits. You can use the credits to purchase any items from our store.

It is important to take good care of your intimate wear to ensure they have a longer mileage. Here are some tips:

-Hand wash bras quickly during shower rinse (cold water if possible)
-Machine wash with laundry net, gentle spin, and no heavy items in the same cycle

We design every piece in our studio located in Singapore. Our team in Indonesia and China lovingly handcraft them, assisting us with the intricate pattern and the custom fabric engineering in all our products (such as nursing bras).
