SINGAPORE SHIPPING
Lovemère offers free shipping for orders above S$65. Otherwise, a flat rate of S$4 applies.
We aim to ship out orders within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, the delivery timeframe is typically 1–2 working days.
We may treat multiple orders from the same customer as a single order and merge them into one shipment. Delivery times may be longer depending on the courier service provider and during peak periods such as sales or product launches.

All shipping addresses must be entered in English.
Standard Shipping: We ship via postal services, and delivery will be made to your door or letterbox.
Express Shipping: We ship via DHL Express. All orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. If you are located in a remote area or outside of metropolitan area, we will contact you before shipping as surcharges may apply and please allow an additional 2-4 business days for delivery.
CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES
International shipments must be cleared by customs before they can be delivered by our shipping partners. Typically, customs clearance takes less than 24 hours. However, if paperwork is incomplete or if customs conducts random checks, it may take several days for your shipment to clear.
Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Unless otherwise stated, our garment and lingerie prices, as well as shipping costs, do not include import duties, taxes handling fees applied by your local government.
