All orders are sent within 1-2 working days from our warehouse in Singapore. Below are the shipping time and fees:

Free for above S$65 purchases, otherwise would be S$4.50.

p.s. For November and December, we would recommend you to place orders early as the shipping time may increase due to increasing orders islandwide.


All rates are indicated in Singapore Dollars (S$) below. You will see the converted rates in your currency when you checkout. Currency is determined by your current location. If you have a preferred currency, you can change it. For mobile users, tap on the three lines at the top left menu and scroll to the bottom to change the currency. For website users, go to the top right menu bar and change the currency.

Free for above S$250 (Estimated USD185) purchases, otherwise would be S$25 (Estimated USD18)

All shipping addresses must be entered in English. You will be required to sign for your delivery.


There may be some delay in orders placed during new collection releases, sale periods, and we hope to have your understanding.  If you require your items sooner such as going to give birth or during your confinement, please contact us at, and we will do our best to assist ;) 


This import taxes and duties only apply to countries other than Singapore. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. Unless otherwise stated, our garment/lingerie prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes. Lovemère does not cover any duties, taxes, or associated handling fees that may be applied to your order by your local government. Please contact your local DHL or customs office for more information.


If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange, or store credit for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once the new stock arrives.

Kindly ensure your mobile phone is with you so the delivery man can contact you, in the event if nobody is at the shipping destination. If there are multiple attempts of failed deliveries and the package is returned to us, you will need to bear the additional shipping fee for us to deliver to you again. We seek your kind understanding.
