Everything you actually need to pack. Curated by Lovemère mums who've been there, so you don't have to overthink it.
We recommend packing your hospital bag by Week 35. Start with the essentials for mum (you'll want your nursing bra and binder from Day 1), then add baby's items. Tick off items as you pack. You've got this.
Your comfort matters too. Pack these first.
Wear your nursing bra to the hospital. You'll start breastfeeding within the first hour after birth, and fumbling with a regular bra is the last thing you need.
Keep it simple. Babies need very little at the start.
Your body did something incredible. Help it heal.
Wear your tummy wrap binder right after delivery (even for c-section, with your doctor's go-ahead). The gentle compression feels like a supportive hug and helps you feel more put-together during those first hazy days.
Everything to support your feeding journey.
Not essential, but these make the stay more comfortable.
